| Step 1: Engine is disassembled for cleaning. Before After |


| Step 2: After piston size is chosen, block is bored to piston specifications. |

| Step 3: Cylinders are honed for clearance, depending on application. |

| Step 4: Block is deck (or zero decked) to insure proper head gasket sealing. |

| Step 5: Block is vatted again and blown out to remove any leftover oils or metal shavings from galleys and bolt holes. |

| Step 6: Block is prepped and all freeze plugs and cam bearings are installed. |

| Step 7: Connecting rods are resized according to application. |

| Step 8: Assembly begins. |


| Step 9: Cam shaft is degreed according to cam specifications. |

| Step 10: Final assemble begins. |

| Step 11: Valve lash is set accordingly and final adjustments are made. |
